Rolechain provides an AI agent orchestration platform that allows users to:

• Deploy and manage AI agents across Web3 ecosystems
• Access a marketplace of specialized AI agents
• Create custom AI agents for specific use cases
• Integrate AI agents with blockchain protocols and DeFi platforms
• Monitor and analyze AI agent performance

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your account information up to date

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the service
• Use the service for illegal financial activities
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

Our subscription terms include:

• We comply with applicable data protection regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

This agreement may be terminated:

• By you at any time by closing your account
• By us if you violate these terms
• By us with 30 days' notice for any reason
• Immediately if required by law or regulation
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease

We may modify these terms at any time:

• We will notify you of significant changes
• Changes take effect 30 days after notification
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
• You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes

These terms are governed by:

• The laws of the jurisdiction where Rolechain is incorporated
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
• If arbitration is unavailable, disputes will be resolved in designated courts
